YOUR START INTO THE BETA

From event to your own knowledge.

Our guided test for 5–10 people. You need your own account and a recording you are allowed to process. Materials and results remain private at first.

Before your first recording

The invitations are still being prepared. Please wait for confirmation from the beta team before registering a new account: Email sending for new testers has not yet been approved.

An account does not automatically unlock AI. The audio AI test is released separately for each account and has a shared, limited test budget. If the start button is locked, please contact the team instead of creating new accounts or duplicate jobs.

1. Collect event & files

Open the Event intake. Select your existing event or import a public Luma link. Check the date and program; you can add missing confirmed talks directly.

Select up to 100 files; large selections are saved sequentially in groups of up to 15 at the same event: audio up to 50 MB per file, prepared photos and PDFs up to 20 MiB. Use a separate intake for each event. If account automation is active, the confirmed upload starts processing. File selection alone does not start anything.

2. Let it process automatically

If your account is enabled, turn on automation once in the Event intake. After the private upload, transcript, evidenced talk assignment, and summary follow without any further individual confirmation within the released budget. You can pause automation at any time. Without automation, „Process selection“ remains available.

Jobs are accepted individually. If interrupted, accepted jobs remain saved; reload the status before continuing. Reserved budget is not measured consumption.

3. Review results & assignment

Open the transcript and short summary for each recording directly in the intake. In the talk folders, a shared summary bundles the assigned recordings and slides. Additional sources add to the talk as a new traceable version; ongoing jobs are completed first.

Clear AI evidence is assigned privately when automation is active. Unclear cases remain visible for review; missing speaker names are only added with evidence. You assign PDFs manually for now. Nothing is published automatically.

On mobile

Without installation: Open the Event intake in your browser and choose "Select recordings", "Photos, PDFs or mixed files", or "Photograph slide". With "Copy phone link" you can access the same private inbox on another signed-in device.

Android: Install Echoventra from Chrome, if offered. Via the share menu, you can hand off supported recordings, photos, and PDFs to the installed app. Then choose the event and take over the files; the handoff alone is not yet a permanent upload. Keep Echoventra open during the transfer.

iPhone: Open Echoventra in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen. Save voice memos via Share → Save to Files and then select them in the Event intake. The web app does not appear on iOS as a recipient in the share menu.

For results, you get copy, selectable plain text, and a TXT download. If the browser blocks copying, use the two alternatives.

Your first test: five quick checks

  1. Create or select an event with a short recording of your own and a slide photo.
  2. Save both files privately and start audio processing only with a released account and sufficient budget.
  3. Compare the transcript and summary with the recording; check talk assignment.
  4. Reopen the inbox and copy the summary into an empty note.
  5. If needed, remove only your test recording via advanced audio management.

Deletion removes the file and local AI results. Provider copies are not automatically deleted by this. Do not use sensitive content for the first test.

How to report a bug

Send the following to the contact who invited you: device, browser, affected step, visible error code, and approximate time. Do not send passwords, keys, or private recording content. Check screenshots before sharing.
